After every log-in it keeps asking me to "RE-authorize to continue" and sends you into a loop of the same question.

Used to work just fine, better than the website in fact. You could pre order games, see all of your pre orders, view and make purchases with reward points; you could even buy games and consoles from your phone. It was awesome.... But now, no. I can no longer log in, it keeps asking me to reauthorize and taking me back to the login screen, I cant do anything with my account, I left it at 3 stars because at least you can still look around at games and such, but you cant buy anything

App works fine, but when I click the add to passbook button (Apple wallet), it gives a small load icon but it is not showing up in my wallet.

This app is very useful when you have it all set up and ready to go, but after not logging into it my information for my login goes away and I have to keep re logging in. Personally its annoying because Im having issues with my power up rewards account. Another problem is the pre orders when I go to pick it up or if I dont pick it up on the exact date of the launch it says that it was canceled and I couldnt find a way of deleting the game from the list. Would love the app much more if it was fixed, thank you. Just an update now it completely wont let me log in this is a shame because I want to check my preorders and such making the app pretty useless to me, please fix...

Used to log in perfectly, now I cant because of the new update. It works online but not on the app, please fix.

Only useful when you dont have your card

I get notifications for promotions even though I only enabled account notifications. I guess Ill disable them entirely.

I try to open the app and I always get an error saying it cant connect then after repeated tries I get a message saying cant connect to GameStop servers and this has been happening for around 8 months now.

Even after the update nothing is fixed.

A whole lot harder than previous update to buy PlayStationNetwork cards online. Doesnt show in history as soon as purchased. So I have to wait and keep checking when my card is available to redeem.

Nothing was fixed I cant sign in cause it keeps saying I need to authorize my account but every time I click ok I get sent back to the sign in page. Im very disappointed in you Gamestop.

The app looks very smooth and nice when you use it, and it works well. Sometimes loading takes a bit of time, but its still a good app.

Logged in and found out I could get double on my trade in as a Pro member. Great purchasing experience.

I love GameStop and use the app often but its a bit glitchy. Most notably when shopping, the same 15-20 results will duplicate in infinite scrolling. I wish I could read user reviews, like when a game has 2 stars on Xbox and 5 on PS4 for the same game, Id like to read why. Also wish I could swipe from the left to go back and not to the menu. Other than that, great!

Love this app but need to fix this bug though cant log in or use the awesome features on it this app has great potential

Yall sell pre owned ps4s for 269$ and only offer to give me 125$??? I know yall need to make a profit but no wonder nobody likes GameStop

Everyone is saying that this app is low quality. This is probably one of the top rated (in my case) gaming/technology online market apps that I have ever downloaded. Please dont listen to the critics that say its terrible! DOWNLOAD IT!
