Was better before the update. Now u cant reserve a game by emailing a store, only option to call. Useless to me now.

Every time I sign in it keeps telling me to "re-authorize" I changed my password twice thinking I might have typed in the wrong password but it still keeps asking me to re-authorize. I closed the app and deleted it then re downloaded it but still has that pop-up. Please fix!

Great App.

App immediately opens with "Error Were sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." Search finds nothing and gives no results.

Every time I try to sign into my account it says please re authenticate and prompts me to log in again. Ive logged in 10 times then gave up. Ive redownloaded the app and created a new account to test it but it still doesnt work

Every time I try to sign in it tells me to reauthorize. I dont know what that means! Fix this app. Im not the only one.

I have to keep deleting and re downloading app. It always says no data. Works good for a day or two after downloaded.

I would think by now you would have fix the sign in problem. Looks like you dont care to do so.

I really like the app, it fully functional and easy to use. I just had one suggestion for the library when something is purchased and it shows up as it can add to your library, sometimes I forget that its their to add so maybe put a number notification on the side menu on the library when you have something to add. I like that feature to have a library of your games because I have a good amount of games and when Im at GameStop I sometimes forget if I already have a game or not especially if its a game I havent played in a while.

I wanted to buy a PS4 and a game through the app, but whenever I finished putting in all my information and pressed proceed checkout it said error, I did it several times until I gave up smh dont order anything on the app

Yet again, every time I sign in it asks me to re-authorize to continue and it doesnt work. Really getting tired of this.

App is all around trash

Gamestop app loses my log-in every single time the app "updates", which is basically every week. Too frustrating, now I have to settle for telling my phone # to the cashier instead of having them scan my app barcode for PowerUp Rewards.

Other then that, its a alright overall app

It is impossible to buy something with this app. It crashes at every stage of check out.

I had problems signing in but I went to the store and I was trying to sign in with the wrong email. Once I signed in with the email on my account it worked.
