I like the app but...... What they couldve done was take off the items they no longer sell off the app ( when the item is out of stock for couple years ago) and on there website it would help so much better. that way it will be much easier to use instead of keep scrolling down to see something new

If you are a gamer or just someone who enjoys a casual play though, you may find yourself wanting something to help keep you informed of whats new and coming out. Well, this app does exactly that. Aside from giving you all the products available on the site you can also use this app to pre order and manage your trades, as well as see how much a game will give you in credit or cash

It would be nice if you kept my login information after each app update.

My saved trades never save. I went into GameStop to try to compare prices and it wouldnt even load. I exited out the app and went back in and it was up for a min and then crashed !

Can no longer signing in to the app.

Then this app is for you... however, the company hardly updates their own app, so expect it to not work sometimes and have poor indication of inventory. You are better off using the website via PC. From a functional standpoint, the app works, but its hardly ever updated and is usually poorly optimized. IMO, you are better off not using it. From my experience, I ordered a dark souls 3 pre-order back when it came out 04/2016. Ive picked it up in stores on release day and its still being delivered according to the app. Its now 11/2016... Ive also traded in 20+ titles since that dark souls 3 release and my trade in credit has stayed the same for even longer I think... just some perspective.

This app is pure garbage. Cant even log into my account anymore. Whats the point. Constantly logs you out and then your info no longer works after every single update. Tired of resetting my password when there is an update.

Needs to mention pre order bonuses

App is useful. When you can actually sign into it. I remember my email and password. But the app says its wrong. This app gets no stars from me.

Ive been using this app quite a long time now. Its very convenient for Powerup membership. I mainly search for preown games and check their availability. My only complaints are the scrolling bugs need to be fix (hate dealing with the never-ending loops) and the auto-logoff (sometimes I have a hard time logging back in). Its been a very long time this problem hasnt been fix.

It would be a decent app but its seems to have difficulty remembering you info so you have to sign in almost every time you open the app.

This app is only useful if you have the game rewards card. Even then, you wont have much to do on it even after you get it

Terrible and it never works

Love this app. Dont see why people have a problem with it. If theres one thing that Would be nice to have is that you should have the option in "my library" to have it in A-Z order or date order as well as game order. I think that would make things easier for the player to find things in the app. I know the main website does it. Just food for thought. Thanks.
