What happened?

Used to work just fine, better than the website in fact. You could pre order games, see all of your pre orders, view and make purchases with reward points; you could even buy games and consoles from your phone. It was awesome.... But now, no.

I can no longer log in, it keeps asking me to reauthorize and taking me back to the login screen, I cant do anything with my account, I left it at 3 stars because at least you can still look around at games and such, but you cant buy anything
